We give full refund if the cancellation is more than 10 working days before the arrangement begins. Between 10 and 4 working days before the arrangements we refund 50%. If the cancellation is less than 4 working days before the arrangement begins there is no refund possible.
There is no refund for meals, which are not used. In case of illness a doctors' certificate is required to get a refund. Hotels have their own rules with regards to cancellation.
